Palmetto Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics was started in 2022 to serve the needs of our current patients and our desire to provide a higher level of cutting edge cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medical care. We realized we all have things holding us back in life and our goal is to help guide you through the process to overcoming these barriers in your life and allowing for a metamorphosis to a new and improved YOU. Dr. James Loging
Dr. James Loging, MD, MBA, FAAOS is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who has completed a fellowship in cosmetic surgery and body contouring as well as training in medical aesthetics and was recently designated one of America’s Most Honored Doctors, Compassionate Doctor Recognition, and recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award.
A native of Newberry county and a graduate of Mid-Carolina High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree with honors, as well as a Master of Business Administration, from the University of South Carolina. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Member of the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, Member of the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, and member of the South Carolina Orthopaedic Association.
He enjoys spending time with his family, running, competing in triathlons, wake surfing on the lake, scuba diving, and photography. Dr. Loging specializes in cosmetic surgery including breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, liposuction, and autologous fat transfer. Dr. Loging also performs all aesthetic laser and injection procedures.
